Thrifted & Consignment Items

All thrifted, pre-owned, and consignment items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

Because our thrifted and consignment pieces are pre-owned and often one-of-a-kind, normal signs of previous wear may be present. We do our best to clearly photograph and describe the condition of each item, including any noticeable flaws.

Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, sizing, and condition information carefully before purchasing.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Items

Our print-on-demand products are specially made after your order is placed. Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size or color
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse

Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect POD Items

If your POD item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact KG’s Marketplace within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos showing the issue. We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution when the issue qualifies.

Please do not return a POD item without contacting us first.

New Non-POD Items

Unless otherwise marked as Final Sale, eligible new, non-POD merchandise may be returned by contacting KG’s Marketplace within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and original packaging, when applicable.

Final Sale Items

Thrifted and consignment merchandise, personalized/custom products, clearance merchandise marked Final Sale, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds except where otherwise required by law.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required or the refund is related to an eligible error with the order.
